Policies

Advance reservations are recommended for any spa service. Major credit cards are required to hold appointments over $100.
 
Cancellation Policy PDF Print E-mail

Clients who book two or more services for one day must provide 48 hours notice for change or cancellation.

24 hours is required for a change or cancellation of a single service.

When notice is not given for cancellation full service cost will apply or gift certificate forfeited.
